A graduate of École Polytechnique and ENSTA Paris, Luc Rémont began his career in 1993 as an engineer at the French Defence Procurement Agency (DGA), where he worked on the development of Earth observation satellites. From 1996 to 2007, he held various positions at the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry, notably supervising relations with international financial institutions and state-owned enterprises. He served as Technical Advisor and then Deputy Chief of Staff to the Ministers from 2002 to 2007. In 2007, Luc Rémont joined the private sector at Merrill Lynch, before becoming Country Executive and Managing Director of Bank of America Merrill Lynch in France in 2009. In 2014, he became President of Schneider Electric France, and was then appointed Executive Vice President of International Operations in 2017. In November 2022, Luc Rémont was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EDF, the global leader in low-carbon electricity. During two and a half years at the helm of the Group, he led EDF's operational and financial turnaround in the context of the European energy crisis. After leaving EDF at the end of his term in May 2025, he has been developing activities in the fields of decarbonization technologies, electricity and digital.

Ingeniero por la Escuela Céntrale de Marsella, Mathieu trabajó once años en el grupo Air Liquide, donde desarrolló el sector del biogás y contribuyó a los primeros proyectos de metanización en Francia. En 2015, junto con Nicolas Paget y Guénaël Prince, cofundó el grupo Waga Energy, que aplica una tecnología única para producir biometano -energía limpia, renovable y local- a partir del biogás procedente de los vertederos de residuos. Además de su cargo como presidente de Waga Energy, Mathieu Lefebvre trabaja para desarrollar el sector del biometano, en particular a través del Comité Nacional de Biogás, creado por las autoridades públicas en 2015.

Guénaël Prince, cofundador de Waga Energy, director general de Waga Energy EE.UU., director técnico y de I+D del grupo. Con una triple titulación (Arts et Métiers ParisTech, Grenoble IAE, IFP School), Guénaël Prince comenzó su carrera en Sofregaz, durante 4 años, y luego la continuó en Air Liquide, entre 2010 y 2015, donde contribuyó al desarrollo del sector de la purificación del biogás. Allí conoció a Mathieu Lefebvre y Nicolas Paget, ambos ingenieros especializados en gases renovables. Los tres crearon en 2015 Waga Energy, una empresa pionera y líder en la conversión de biogás procedente de residuos domésticos en biometano. Guénaël Prince lidera la actividad de I+D del Grupo y, desde 2019, dirige su filial en Estados Unidos.

Philippe was appointed Sonepar CEO in September 2017. Prior to joining Sonepar, he spent 17 years working for the United Technologies Group, a Down Jones company leader in the global building and aerospace industries, which includes Otis, Carrier, Pratt & Whitney, and UTC Aerospace. His last position before joining Sonepar was global President, Otis Elevator Company, based in the USA. He was a member of UTC Executive Committee and an UTC Corporate Officer. Philippe began his career at ABB and Danfoss where he held various sales, marketing and operations leadership roles. He joined UTC in November 2000 as Vice President of Carrier's European, Middle East and African business. He led building related businesses including Toshiba Carrier Air Conditioning, Carrier Asia Pacific, Carrier and UTC Fire & Security for EMEA and Asia Pacific. During his career at United Technologies, Philippe held positions in USA, France, Japan, China, and Belgium. Philippe graduated from Mechanical Engineering School in France (ENIT), an undergraduate degree from INSEAD Asia Campus, and an MBA from ESCP Europe Campus Paris. He also graduated from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business (USA).

Neil H. Smith is a distinguished executive with over 35 years of experience driving high-growth businesses across the global energy, renewables, and infrastructure sectors. Most recently, he served as CEO of Vanguard Renewables, a premier North American developer specializing in the conversion of organic waste into renewable natural gas (RNG) and low-carbon fertilizer. Previously, as a founding member and CEO of InterGen, Inc., Mr. Smith directed the financing, construction, and operation of a global portfolio exceeding $15 billion in capital investment, encompassing over 20 GW of power generation and critical infrastructure. A seasoned board professional, he currently serves as Chairman of Leeward Energy and Director at Capital Power (TSE:CPX), following prior board tenures at PJM Interconnection and The Wood Group PLC (LSE:WG). His extensive background combines deep operational RNG expertise with a proven track record in large-scale international project development.

Patrick Jaslowitzer est Managing Director chez EQT Partners. Il a rejoint l’entreprise en 2016. Il est actuellement responsable d’EQT Infrastructure France. Patrick possède une expertise sectorielle approfondie, notamment dans les domaines de l’environnement, de l’industrie et des transports. Il a participé à des investissements majeurs, notamment dans Saur, société mondiale de services dans le domaine de l'eau ; Trescal, le plus grand propriétaire et opérateur indépendant de laboratoires d’étalonnage au niveau mondial ; et Unilode, le leader mondial de la gestion et de la maintenance des conteneurs et palettes aéronautiques (ULDs). Avant de rejoindre EQT, Patrick a travaillé chez McKinsey en tant que consultant. Patrick est titulaire d’un doctorat en économie de la Philipps-Universität Marburg, d’un master en commerce international de HEC Paris, ainsi que d’une licence en administration des affaires de la Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München.

Noura Loukil joined EQT Partners in April 2022 as part of the Infrastructure team, where she focuses on the origination and execution of deals in the Energy & Environmental sector, with a strong emphasis on energy transition opportunities. She is a member of the asset management team and serves as a Board observer for Saur, the global water services company. Before joining EQT, Noura was an M&A Associate at Lazard in Paris. She holds an MSc in Corporate Finance & Banking from EDHEC Business School.

Anne Lapierre es abogada y reconocida experta en el mercado de la energía. Anne Lapierre centra su práctica en el desarrollo de proyectos de infraestructuras y fuentes de energía tanto convencionales como renovables. A lo largo de su carrera, Anne ha trabajado con sus clientes en numerosos proyectos innovadores y pioneros en Francia, el norte de África y el África francófona. En particular, ha desarrollado una experiencia particularmente especializada en energía solar y eólica, asesorando a promotores y fabricantes, así como a bancos y fondos de inversión. Anne de Bagneux has held leadership positions in the environment, mobility, and energy sectors. Until the end of 2023, she was the president of Antargaz, a company that supplies liquid gas in France and the Benelux region. Previously, she was the deputy CEO of Transdev France and then the director of strategy and transformation for the Transdev Group, serving on the executive committee. She spent the first twenty years of her career in the environmental sector (water, waste), notably at Veolia, and many years in Asia.

Maï de La Rochefordière is an independent director and strategic advisor with 30 years of expertise in finance, governance, and international development. During her tenure at Orange Group, she held senior leadership roles covering global expansion, investment and financing, and investor relations. She brings extensive experience in financing growth-oriented business units and private equity. Her dual mastery of operational financial management and strategic oversight is a significant asset for organizations navigating complex scaling phases. As an experienced board member across diverse sectors, Ms. de La Rochefordière frequently serves on Audit Committees. Her deep understanding of capital markets and cross-border transactions provides a robust framework for driving sustainable value and ensuring rigorous corporate governance.

Asís Echániz is a Partner at EQT Partners. He joined the firm in 2017 to lead the expansion of the Iberian platform and was appointed Partner in 2020. He is currently Head of Spain and Head of EQT Transition Infrastructure Europe.Asís has extensive sector expertise, with a particular focus on the energy & environmental and transport & logistics sectors. He has been involved in key investments including Zelestra (formerly Solarpack), the international renewable energy company; Saur, the global water services provider; and Ju:niz Energy, an established developer in the growing German BESS market. Prior to this, he led EQT’s efforts in the European transport & logistics sector.Before joining EQT, Asís worked at KKR in the Private Equity and Infrastructure teams, following earlier roles at J.P. Morgan in Investment Banking and Arthur D. Little as a consultant.He holds an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business and London Business School (Rafael del Pino scholar), and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from ICAI Universidad Pontificia de Comillas.

Vikram Dhawan joined EQT Partners as an Associate in May 2018. Prior to joining EQT Partners, Vikram worked in Fortress Investment Group's Private Equity division as an Associate. Prior to that, Vikram worked as an analyst in J.P. Morgan's investment banking division. Vikram holds a BS in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School.
