The RNG injected into the gas grid is accompanied by Guarantees of Origin (GOs) registered in national or European registries. In Europe, WAGABOX® units with a capacity exceeding 20 GWh/year are ISCC EU certified, demonstrating compliance with the sustainability and greenhouse gas reduction criteria of the RED II Directive. These certificates enable buyers to account for their renewable gas consumption in carbon reporting and CSR disclosures.
